Whether that was worth or not is left to the reader. Overturning that nonsense went beyond its direct effects because it cemented that made up nonsense precedents were not forever sacrosanct no matter how often it is repeated that they are.
But if there was a better woman(again, the senate would not have confirmed a man to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg) available in the appeals courts, I'm all ears.
