When in doubt, go with the version of the story that assumes the government (which includes Tulsi Gabbard's office) is bullshitting us yet again for some unknown reason
Well that's the thing; it's two sides who are both part of government giving competing narratives. So which 'don't believe the government' hold more water objectively, when you remove the 'I want X version to be true because it aligns more with my worldview' factor?
I'm not sure how there is a third option between "there was a raid" and "there wasn't a raid", but if anyone can somehow fuck up a binary choice, it's government.
What if there wasn't a raid but the files were still taken because Gabbard's office turned them over? That would be a massive story, of course, not that it would ever see the light of day.
Whistleblower testimony and subsequent congressional statements indicate that the CIA allegedly removed approximately 40 boxes of documents from the office of Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), in early May 2026.
The following details have been reported regarding the situation:
Allegations of Document Removal
Whistleblower Testimony: James Erdman III, identified as a career CIA operations officer, testified before the Senate Homeland Security Committee that the agency had taken files from Gabbard’s office.
Nature of the Documents: The seized materials reportedly related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy (JFK) and the MKUltra program.
Status of Declassification: At the time of their removal, the documents were reportedly being reviewed by Gabbard’s office for declassification under an executive order from President Donald Trump.
Congressional and Agency Response
Ultimatum to the CIA: Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) issued a public ultimatum on May 13, 2026, giving the CIA 24 hours to return the documents to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) or face a subpoena and possible contempt of Congress proceedings.
Preservation Notice: Luna and Representative James Comer (R-KY) sent a formal letter to CIA Director John Ratcliffe requesting the preservation of all documents related to MKUltra and the JFK assassination.
CIA Defense: While specific responses from the agency were ongoing, initial reports suggested the CIA allegedly took the documents because they originated from the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and had not been officially returned to ODNI possession since the previous year's government shutdown.
I bet Trump gave them the order to seize the documents. His executive order was just an empty promise meant to placate the voters, since Bibi would never let the truth get out.
Not a clue. But the mods on https://patriots.win/ are acting really weird about it. Keep posting memes about Tulsi, as though trying to obfuscate the searches on the topic.
Honest question, has ANYTHING good the CIA EVER has done outweighed the bad they've done to justify them existing?
I'm hard pressed to think of anything they've ever done that was genuinely good.
I mean we got the Blackbird from them. Other than that, nothing really.
That's why I'm asking as I REALLY can't think of ANYTHING good they have done.
Even psyops as the Daily industry has better psyops than them!
Seems we've entered a denial phase, in spite of FOX news and a member of congress reporting this.

Why is one report automatically more valid than another, beyond giving one version of the story more credence because one wants it to be true?

Option Z is that both of them are lying and we haven't heard the true story yet
You're probably right.

They got the Black Ops, which inspired a ton of great media, books, games, etc.
Plus an Intelligence division is an essential prong of every modern military, and the CIA is our foreign intelligence.
Seems like some sort of scripted drama to make the admin “ suffering by the deep state” so they can spin it into some 5D chess rallying for mid terms
Right? Trump really hasn't had any "Deep State" issues this term, has he? Ever since the "assassination attempt" they've been playing pretty nice...
Yep, he joined the club.
Yup, exactly
At least they can't use the FISA court to surveil him...oh wait he approved that and said its great 🤡🤡

Wait... they're saying that information about the Kennedy assassination and MKUltra belongs to the NRO? That makes no sense.
I'm not American, but I'm pretty sure the CIA reports directly to the president, no? Which is exactly why they're so dangerous.
The CIA is in direct violation of a lot of things.
I bet Trump gave them the order to seize the documents. His executive order was just an empty promise meant to placate the voters, since Bibi would never let the truth get out.
This is most likely what happened.
Whats the orange nigger going to do about it? Send a 1900 word tweet and then wire 6 gorillion more goybucks to niggeryahu and jewlenskyy?
Yeah, I thought so.
24 hours later. Is this fake news? Any updates?

Did this happen because the DNI supposedly said the office wasn't raided?
