You can look up the Wikipedia article and Wikipedia is not exactly known for its pro Nazi Germany bias.
Obviously the claim that they murdered everybody is complete bullshit. Why there were only 37000 registered BIRTHs is very easy to explain.

My goodness, am I showing my age here? I don't trust Wikipedia nearly as far as I could chuck the data centers its hosted from. There's no academic rigor to a platform that anyone can make submissions to, anyone can make edits to, and half the referenced sources go to articles that reference other articles that reference the wikipedia article you came from in the first place.
Do you have, for example, journals, newspaper articles, recorded or written witness testimonies, memoirs, or anything of that like? Or even a good set of secondary sources like books that used these primary sources?

The Soviets raped a lot of women, the black and Arab allied forces raped some more, and the rest of the allies not so much.
Western countries had good relations with West Germany immediately after the war. Obviously that doesn't happen if you rape and murder indiscriminately.
West Germany was (and still is) under military occupation. That's like saying East Germany had good relations with the Soviet Union.
And indiscriminately destroy every city, imprison millions under the open sky as 'disarmed combatants' so you can ignore international law about the treatment of prisoners of war, kidnap more for forced labor, commit the greatest intellectual property theft and book burning in human history, forcibly 're-educate' the population and much more.
Of course the occupier is going to have 'good relations' with the government he installed and completely controls.
No, on a person to person manner. Talk to a servicemember who is/was stationed in Germany. The Cold War would never have been won if West Germans had substantial resentment towards Americans.
Resentment wasn't even allowed. Nobody with half a brain would have openly shown his resentment to the Allied occupiers. The Germans were forcibly re-educated. There was no free press. Literally every newspaper needed to get permission of the intelligence agencies to even operate.
So considering these circumstances and that the Germans were rather glad that the war was over and they weren't bombed every day anymore and they had to deal with a massive influx of refugees and had to rebuild their entire country... yeah they were not showing their resentment for the occupiers because they neither had the time nor even the opportunity for it without getting in a whole lot of trouble.
The Cold War was 'won' because the Soviet Union collapsed. West Germany had nothing to do with it. The Stasi even had operatives in the highest echelons of NATO. If it had come to a shooting war it would have become very nasty very quickly.

Oh, certainly. I'm familiar with the rape of Nanking, among other similar events. I'm not denying that rapes most certainly happened.
My issue is more with the purported scale of it. For a million plus rapes after the war, you'd have to have an industrial rape apparatus in place at a time when the allies were pulling out of germany. I'd need to see more evidence before I could accept the claim.
