Why are there so many women in HR, middle management, administration, etc.? Why are female game devs always artists, writers, team leaders, community managers, etc.? Because they're just better suited to those roles?
Fuck no. Women simply can't or won't do most of the real work. So they are handed all of the cushy, air-conditioned, makework jobs in order for companies to holistically achieve "equality" in staffing.
And you know what? It's the same fucking thing in every other area of life. All of the best chefs are men. Single fathers are wildly more successful than single mothers. Male nurses are better. Male teachers are better. Male cleaners are better. Men are better than women at almost every "women's job" with the only notable exception being "pushing children out of a vagina". Most of the jobs women excel in are given to them by default because men have more important shit to do.
The funny thing is that it mostly applies to Modern Women™️. A woman today wouldn’t last an hour living the life of her great-great-grandmother without having a mental breakdown. Back then, a woman would be running a household, doing gardening if not agriculture, killing farm animals and processing them, all while raising at least 6 children. All of that without electricity, without machines.

No they didn't. They got their parents or husbands to build those & "was in charge" so she could take credit. One of the most "successful business women" burned through the wealth of 3 millionaire husbands with her make-work projects. They were wildly acclaimed as part of the "women's revolution" of the 60's and 70's, but as business they lost money almost every year. I forget her name though.

I have seen enough survival island shows split by women/men to know thats not true. Most women cant even change a toilet seat on their own. And the few which can or would do that would be too annoyed to do that for the lazy women who dont even try or are too dumb for it.
I hear they have to rig those contests against the men for there to be any doubt about the outcome. Otherwise the men will be halfway through the plan they agreed to while the women are still engaged in petty disputes about social hierarchy.

And yes the women only cry and bicker and probably shit themself and almost die from hydration, since they rather argue about leadership than actual getting things done. Just like it is in politics with women these days.
