Lara Croft as she was envisioned in the '90s had a distinctive silhouette despite her simple character design. But ever since her retool in the 2010s, she looks like a regular chick who would immediately disappear if you placed her into a crowd. Just like Sophie Turner here.

Unfortunately, they can't just go out and hire a cosplayer because the byzantine network of favours and debts requires them to hire from a much smaller pool consisting of their business associates' children.
They don't even need someone especially competent in the costume design department for her, I'm pretty sure I can buy a the entire iconic Tomb Raider outfit for about 20$ on aliexpress. Literally just have someone who needs a favor sent his way buy a few of those in the actress's size in the name of some bs costume design and bill the studio a few million for it.
I'm not a huge fan of her, generally, but Angelina Jolie is Lara Croft.
If you can't match her, don't bother trying; just make something else.
