I saw someone comparing Charels Xavier's death scenes in X-Men 3 and the Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness, and it was crazy how much better X3 was. That's how bad things were four years ago. They're even worse now.
I'll never get over how the studios were going to give the lead role in Predator 2 to Patrick Swayze once Arnold dropped out, but Swayze had to decline due to the injuries he suffered during that fight with Marshall Teague. That would have been an interesting film for sure.
I also can't wrap my head around the fact that they retooled the script for Steven Seagal, who they were also going to give the role to following Swayze's departure, but when the director met Steven for lunch to talk about the role and the film, he had such a distaste for Steven that they ended up going with Danny Glover instead.
I would love to know how that conversation went that the director disliked Seagal so much that he noped out for someone like Danny Glover.
Huh, I had no idea it went around like that. Like musical chairs for the lead. Good to know.
Especially when Gary Busey was in the film. He's got a legendary abrasive personality on account of an accident giving him some kind of traumatic brain injury, so his filter for niceties and pleasantries got tossed out the window and he just says and does whatever now.
Well, I guess they've managed to make Predator 2 look way better at this point.
I might watch that again tonight.
What was mediocre in the 90's and 2000's are now masterpieces by comparison. I should give Robocop 3 a rewatch one of these days...

What about his death in Logan?
The man dies too frequently to discuss them all. He's really got to step it up.
I realized this when playing the resident evil 2 remake and comparing it to the original.
