Boomer wealth being top priority is very much uniparty. The right has some internal conflict over it, the left does not.
Open borders importation has multiple agendas, but one of them was the idea that they would import all these people who's taxes would pay boomers social security. (Apparently the real world math didn't work at all but the theory was used to sell the idea).

I mean Jersey city isn’t some dinky farm or tourist town, it’s a proper city that needs to be allowed to grow as the market demands. The issue is when you import people at an unnaturally fast pace that people can’t plan for.
Nowhere is made for this level of density. the streets just can't support it.
