There a couple of based right wing sheriffs that have been elected. So naturally one of the centerpieces of this legislative session is a bill that would allow a state board to remove elected sheriffs from office.
Government would implement a law to make everything illegal so they can just throw whomever they want in prison for any reason. Law to them is just how they punish people they don't like or gain leverage to profit. Government needs to be dismantled.
What many in the maker space are not realizing is that WA doesn't think their control schemes stop at state borders. There was a gun control bill passed a few years ago that gives the WA attorney general license to go after firearm retailers NATION WIDE with lawsuits if said retailer doesn't implement controls to deny purchases to "prohibited persons." As a direct result of this law, many online firearm accessory retailers won't even ship to WA any more.
Furthermore, this video is absolutely correct about how the 3d printer manufacturers will knuckle under on this. Ideologically, the US based 3d printing industry is by far more progressive aligned than conservative, and they will happily go along with it. Foreign manufacturers don't care, they will comply just because financially it makes sense to.
About the only manufacturer I can think of that won't is Defense Distributed, and what they will have to do is just discontinue sales of their Ghost Gunner 3 desktop milling machine to WA.
This type of thing can never actually stop criminals, it can only terrorize the law abiding. Also it will further exacerbate the already huge problem of espionage conducted through 3D printer "cloud" solutions.
I really need to get my hands on an old Bridgeport mill and a lathe.
Seeing the comment talking about "maker space" really tells me it's a liberal group. They need a cutesy name about their safe space. I grew up building things. Hell I remember going to a friends house in Kindergarten and we were out in a shed hammering nails I'm sure accomplishing nothing, but still. Unsupervised even. I remember so well because I remember I got a blood blister after I hit my finger. I don't remember it being a big deal though. I would go to my grandfathers and build things out of his scrap wood. Not a neat little kit that snaps together, just a hand saw, hammer, nails, screws, etc. I had a friend in high school who had built an actual forge in his backyard shed. Rudimentary of course, but you could get metal hot enough to hammer it into things. Never once in all of this did a single one of us think anything other than we were building things. We didn't need a cutesy name to put up on the wall "maker space"
All the bad parts of the cyberpunk dystopia without the good parts. You will own nothing and they don't care if you're happy.
The bills sponsors.

Are there even any Republicans in Washington? After all, you left.

Many have left. I think that the desert areas and Spokane has a few, but the indoctrination continues.

Compare those names to the names that signed the Declaration of Independence and see if you can spot the differences
What do you mean? Salahuddin is a good English name, just look at London.

We need to generate a 3D printed at-home-trans kit.
That would have the entire deep state protecting it overnight
I'd bet 100% there's 3D printer files out there for rubber cocks or tits or whatever else those freaks use. Of course those will never be banned.
You have the names, you have the 2nd amendment, you can do the needful.
Kill yourself, jeet.
