I used to watch him back when I was playing WOW and he is not a bad guy and makes a lot more sense than someone like Hassan for instance and for all his money he lives a very down to earth life.
Him and Joe Rogan are a good ways to see how the average guy leans. It is a much better way to predict elections than this forum or reddit or a poll.
Eh, I don't know. This is a guy who said that genocide in Gaza is deserved (which he later withdrew), because... they don't allow people to be homosexual.
Whether or not you support genocide in Gaza, that is the dumbest reason I've heard for it. It's the "Democrats are the real neo-Leninist transphobes" meme. That should be an argument leftists make for it.

I think we need to allow more people to change their mind. He was also for cancel culture to a limited extent and now seems to be very much on the right.
I've seen people change their mind on Gaza a lot and we should encourage people to do that.
The left can dig a comment from 10 years ago and cancel someone and no matter what they say there is no forgiveness. The last thing we need on the right is that toxic behaviour.

Me included, and I completely agree with you. That's why I did mention that he took it back.
I'm not criticizing him for his former opinions on Gaza. It's the mindset. "This culture deserves to be eradicated because it doesn't allow people to be gay." coming from the so called right. When I saw him say that, I was just thinking how far the 'right' has sunk to say this sort of thing.
I also wasn't impressed that he backed both Iran and Venezuela. But as you say, things are quite bad.
He seems astroturfed. Having opinions like that is a sure sign of a compromised rear guard actor. I doubt he backed down on Gaza for sincere reasons. He's just seeing how much shilling his audience will tolerate.
Like I said, he did take it back, but I was talking about the motivation. Surely, you as a Christian conservative should not be supportive of "this culture should be destroyed because they don't allow people to be gay".
It's not shocking, he said in his video about Trump defunding Harvard (I believe) that his values and opinions align with Socialists and he would be a socialist (he also sperged that his chat joked about him being a National Socialist) but he doesn't agree with their methods to obtain and secure power
But not because of any analysis, of course, only because "Israel bad". May be a good heuristic, but a lot of people were cheering on the repellent actions.
Of course, Israel itself decided to conduct itself in a way to lose the world's sympathy, for however little that is worth. That was the "we can do and say whatever we want" moment.
There was very much analysis here. It wasn't anything professional grade, but it was much better presented than any other view point commonly espoused around here.

Leftists : ''we need a Left-wing Joe Rogan!''
They had one. His name was Joe Rogan. They went so far woke that Joe Rogan ended-up ''far right'' withtout moving.

Probably than Reddit or this place.

Well there's no genocide in Gaza(yet). So it's irrelevant
Of course there is. And he said it outright.
Like I said, he did take it back, but I was talking about the motivation. Surely, you as a Christian conservative should not be supportive of "this culture should be destroyed because they don't allow people to be gay".
No I don't support the gay shit nor do I agree with that position. But I also do not support the bullshit genocide narrative either

You can be a socialist without supporting trannydom.
As tiny as this place is, it was ahead of the curve of what the post 10/7 discussion would look like.
