Problem with that sentence is that anyone who is willing to execute it should probably be put down afterwards as well.
Or at least kept completely separate from society.
That's why rape has never been a sanctioned punishment outside of certain Muslim countries. It's kind of weird if you start from the premise that murder is worse than rape, because we have capital punishment. But it's pretty obvious once you think about it.
Something to chew on for people who are still stuck on "how come we censor sex more than violence?"
The idiom 'a fate worse than death' was originally exclusively for rape in English.
Nonsense activist supreme court rulings created that premise.
We try to make capital punishment relatively painless. The equivalent of punitive rape would be putting someone under general anesthesia and subjecting them to a micropenis.
Compare to when capital punishment is a slow beheading. I'd say that's worse again. The level of brutality determines which is perceived as worse.

Brother I'll tell you a secret, physically, most women are awful at sex. They generally have no clue what a man actually wants and even if they do very few can do a better job than you could do youself. It's just the psychological side that sets it apart, if you can get over that you're not even missing out on that much. Kids are the real treasure. But it seems to me you'd probably be happier if you just stopped believing the hype and relaxed into the sage lifestyle and found other goals.

I don't have control of what I'm subjected to in passing because of other people's consumption and advertisement and media that is entirely sexually sterile is incredibly hard to find even when searching it out because sex is such a core part of life that it gets inserted into everything. You don't see the proliferation of sex because you have it so it just seems normal to you and blend in where as even casual implication of sexual activity is a massive deal to me that just reminds me of what I don't have.
If you were as sex deprived as me you'd see it everywhere, I feel like life is a porn set and I'm just the guy stuck mopping up the cum when the shooting is over.
