"Post consumer."

There should never be a market where the consumer doesn't get a say.

The only reason this is possible is an unholy amalgamation of government regulation and billionaire assholes playing dirty tricks with trillions of other people's money.

Both of which are propped up by people being miseducated in government indoctrination camps, as well as getting fucked and demoralized by Soviet/Frankfurt School long marches through the institutions. Yuri Bezmenov was right. G. Edward Griffin too.

The government and elites have let us down. But the people let them do it, because they captured the normies, and control much of the extremes too.

All of this goes away if taxes and government spending is lowered by 80% then we cut government regulations. The government must be removed from commerce except to protect the interests of White people from foreigners.

Stop regurgitating this figure and just openly advocate for overthrowing the government, because that it is what is required to get that level of reduction in government spending. Anything less is a children's fairytale meant to placate you.

It's impossible because congress has to do it. You'll never grow the economy faster than the parasitic government because the government grows in proportion to the economy given how taxes work. For the economy to outgrow the government, you have to lower taxes.

Musk simply doesn't have the power to do it.

There's a few tricks up the President's sleave though. The President can appoint a puppet to the IRS and all but encourage tax evasion because the IRS won't go after anyone avoiding taxes. Then the President can suggest a budget with 80% lower taxes and spending even if congress doesn't accept it.

Musk blew up and gave up on DOGE after he felt Trump betrayed him by proposing the BBB which was a terrible budget.

Problem with that is that unless Congress codifies all that into law before the president leaves office, the next president can reverse it all and instruct the IRS to start squeezing people for all those evaded back taxes.

Have the military bomb drug cartel facilities and trafficking boats too. Give the drug gangs the message that "if you work for them, you are liable to get turned into fine mist. Go work honestly and live for yourself instead of producing poison."

The USA only cares about Venezuela because of the country's stance against jews.

I'm more of a let's conquer all the territories with precursors to popular recreational drugs then sell them ourselves for profit all legally and transparently, kind of guy.

The real problem with fentanyl are the hospitals and doctors prescribing it when it isn't needed. Or the drug dealers contaminating stuff they didn't mean to because of their unprofessional micky mouse setup.

I'm okay with killing them because they harm Americans with their slop and criminality. Same reason why I want Fauci to be tortured on live TV. Or pay-per-view, one minute, 20 cents.

they harm Americans with their slop and criminality.

Venezuela is, by and large, not sending fent to America. Heck, it's defeated by their own arguments; the powers that be tell us it's about drugs, about Democracy™ and freedom, about the good of the Venezuelan people, about Cuba and socialism, about Iran/Hamas/uranium, and much more.

They can't even get their stories straight. It's clearly not about drugs, even if for the sake of argument we say they enter into it at all. If it was actually about drugs, they'd stay the fuck on message. Not be telling us how, this time, the regime change war will work.

I'm just waiting for chemical weapons and incubator babies, at this point. We already got WMDs, Iran, and Hamas.

And, yeah, not saying it's all about ze Jews, or that Maduro is Our Guy or anything, but he thinks the Zionists are worse than Nazis, while the creepy opposition leader is begging foreign powers to kill her president and invade her country, while promising them said country's riches.

Is Venezuela good? Nah, it's a mess. But it's their mess to deal with, and internationalism won't do us or them any favors. Leave them the fuck alone. America First.

Maduro propped up BLM. Foreigners need to learn the hard way what happens when they encourage the burning and looting of American businesses and private property.

My own government fucking propped up BLM. How is this even slightly comparable?

If "Maduro propped up BLM," it had much less of an effect than what my own leaders did. Certainly not worth spending/printing billions to bomb them, or the cost on our own souls to kill a bunch of people in South America.

I stand by my statement: Leave Venezuela the fuck alone. Focus on America.

Fentanyl is a legal drug. If Mexico wasn't producing it, it would be India or China or the USA themselves. They are hardly a problem.

I always knew when the consolefags willingly paid to use their own internet they had already paid for on a game they had already bought just to play online that they'd eventually try doing something similar with PCs, it was just a matter of what angle they'd eventually try scamming everyone with. GPUs work just as well for them as online play I suppose.

People say trump cant do anything about it.. but trump is the one that allowed and encouraged AI companies to do what they want under the guise of national security. We give them all these tax breaks, funding/grants/subsidization and etc.. they take all the profit and give nothing in return (jobs or cheaper product). They just hire jeets anyways. To make matters worse, if and when the bubble bursts, 100% some of these companies will get bailed out courtesy of our tax dollars.

When the AI bubble pops they will repurpose the data centers for surveillance. Thats what Palantir is designed to do. And once they finish killing off the kids in Palestine, they will use it on us.

They're trying to push us back to the dumb terminal days. All your stuff will be in the cloud. You'll pay to "buy" your content. You'll pay to store it. You'll pay stream it.

And if you misbehave or if the current incarnation of "the message" deems your content unacceptable it'll be locked away. "You'll own nothing and be happy"

Time to hoard working computers and physical content. My GF has a bit of a garage sale addiction that's useful. We have 50 gallon storage bins filled to the brim with DVDs, Blu-rays and box sets that she snags for pennies. One if these days I need to start cataloging them.

They're trying to push us back to the dumb terminal days.

I never left it.

Time to hoard working computers and physical content.

Time to start making optimized video games again. The games run like shit out of the box and all this extra "power" of the GPU is just being used to bullshit the difference to the types of people who leave "framerate upscaling" enabled on their TVs.

It's like anything else. Once you hit a certain point the limits of human experience require the products to get cheaper and not more capable. 8k is never really going to be a thing and iMAX is pretty underwhelming because you still have to sit in an uncomfortable chair to "experience" it.

storage bins filled to the brim with DVDs

DVDs degrade over time. They're just plastic. They'll delaminate. With HD storage being so cheap I have a RAID-10 array and I just rip the whole DVD image to a .iso on the array. Skip compression entirely just grab the bits and store them redundantly.

What are the odds that when / if the AI bubble burst, the companies just destroy the GPUs and RAM instead of allowing prices to return to normal by liquidating the stock?

AI cards aren’t consumer cards. They wouldn’t be useful for gaming.

They’re eating up all the ram that consumer cards need to be produced at all.

It’s like a car company stopped making sedans so they could make farm combines. Can’t exactly drive a combine on the highway.

Many companies have 'em. Often, it's used for expiring groceries, but more and more often, I notice that many 'mainstream' computer shops tend to 'push off' older hardware, even if they work after removing wungblowz and just throw them out.

The CEOs would be screwing themselves over if they did that. If they want to hide behind bankruptcy protections, they can't go screwing over their creditors by destroying the assets that they're legally required to liquidate to pay the creditors back with.
