That's a bit of a complex thing. When I worked with refugees in Phoenix I saw some insane stuff. No one was taught about anything cultural here in the US. Imagine if I told you I bought a nice phone from a 7/11 in Hawaii. Yours doesn't so it didn't even register how different they can be. Most people have small shops for groceries. American super markets dwarf them without trying. Then I stupidly brought them to Fry's which has books on the same aisle as car parts.
Basic stuff like how the toilets work can be completely new. No one teaches them about it, and then hands over blankets, clothing they don't understand, and food they don't know how to cook. Navajo Fry bread has a very similar story.
Then, when we told them various people were coming in they started to act weird. I didn't think about it at the time, but they would ask about background checks and worried that everything got through. I realized later they meant "Don't let this idiot in!"
That was for good honest people just trying to get through. Imagine the people who we were being warned about. Imagine how many of them got through because of how stupid we were. I met an Iraqi General who was basically ignored by interpol until a police officer told them directly who he was. He wanted to take down Saddam, but everyone in charge thought they knew better. I've likely spoken to terrorists and had no idea because no one told me to look or how to look.
It's this insane thing that only works if people think it through, and most don't.
I was very annoyed that Trump meddled with the Canadian federal election last spring with his 51st state BS to help install Trudeau's buddy Mark Carney.
That being said though, it doesn't really matter that much what Trump does the rest of the time, as the bought & paid MSM is going to TDS so hard anyway.
The feds declared martial law nationwide for two weeks three years ago during the trucker protest partially on the basis that Trumpers were funneling dark money to evil working class truckers through crowdfunding campaigns. And that was when Biden was "in power" and Trump hadn't even confirmed he was running again.
