So I (a white guy) got laid off from my previous job, and unfortunately the job was so specific that I am not really finding any opportunities in the job field. I’ve always been aware about how bleak employment is for white men, but I can’t help but feel an incredible amount of dread as it seems like the Indians, Chinese, and white women have basically taken over every white collar industry, with only Gen X and Boomer white men having prominent jobs. The blue collar industries will be taken over by Hispanics and lower caste Indians. If they haven’t done so already. It seems like the West is India’s vassal state now and the fact that white men now have to endure Indians being handed high-paying jobs like candy is the most demoralizing shit I have ever seen. Great job Jews and Boomers, you really outdid yourselves in permanently blackpilling white men. Is it as bleak as it seems right now, or does anybody have any other observations about this clown world?

I'm IT, devops - where I work It's almost entirely jeets and AI while also preaching that we need more diversity - meaning less white men.
It's insane that companies can get away with departments being 80% Indians and still demanding less white men that translates in to more jeets.
I can guarantee that it can be 100% Indians and they would still claim to many white people.
Want even better? Diversity is part of my annual review. It asks me to rate diversity. Not sure what it means, how diverse am I maybe? but it's important for my over-all metric to qualify for a salary increase.
Is your supervisor a jeet? Do you expect the company will try to sabotage you in the future, because that is honestly what sounds like will happen.
My manager is not a jeet but he does love the jeets, is like a parent with kids. They can make the littlest of work and they will get praised to high haven.
But he is fair with me so far, other teams don't have that luxury, the Indians have not been kind once they reached management.
I'm fully aware that if he leaves - or gets fired and gets replaced by an indian then my days are numbered.
Having powerful friends is the be all end all of getting good jobs unfortunately. The only reason I'm in an entry level corporate job is because my mom's boss really likes her and she pulled some strings to get me in. The pay isn't great and it's outside my field but things are way better than my previous dead end industry where I was being told to fuck off and die with almost a decade of experience because even mcjobs are playing kool kidz klub now.
Once the boomers die out everything will start falling apart as them and some older Gen X types are the only thing holding the house of cards up.
This process has already begun.
Those dudes (my generation) are checking out too. I work in the CE/Construction field, so the IT related stuff is a 'meh' for me. Not trying to bash anyone. I was in IT previously. I did the 'Peter Gibbons/Office Space' route.
Anything that is IT or IT adjacent is Indian now.
I'm about half contract work, half consultant now after leaving a nearly 20 year corporate job last year. I'm in big corporate offices a lot. If you're a white man there, you are the extreme minority. I actually suspect a lot of those are sub-contracted H1Bs. The Fortune 500s hire these companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and such to staff people in the offices. I even accidentally found one of their required H1B notices in an office. I should have taken a pic. It was this single sheet of white paper with some text on it hidden in a "notice board" section in the very corner of somewhere. I was roaming around on a phone call to even notice it.
Otherwise, a lot of the small business is still white guys. The ones that get a lot of the work done. That's the niche I fall in to, I'm essentially self employed at this point via a bunch of different contacts should I choose to do work for them. It's nothing more than a reward for 20 years of saving and building assets + 20 years of networking and building contacts though. The lower labor tiers of these small companies is half Mexicans. I know a decent amount of Filipinos, although they really never seem that bad at all and are nothing like Indians.
Something weird I noticed my last couple years in. Every time I sat down in a meeting as a 40-ish year old I was still almost always the youngest one at the table. I can think of almost no one I know that was a 20-something like I was when I started. They barely exist or I don't know where they are.
They get passed over. A while back I was doing the tech part of the interviews on new hires, the Indian manager would actively find any reason to pass over any white guy while promoting jeets.
There was this kid once, he had actual passion - he had his test systems set up at home, self learned and flew over to have a face to face interview and the Indian manager convinced the non-Indian local manager to not hire him and later we got this 0 experience, dumb white chick. I left the company after that, it was hurting my mental state to see what was going on.
abortion and neets
Where do you think the 20-somethings are these days? Have they been locked out of the entry level market altogether?
I don't know a ton of people that age. I can think of one I know in finance, one in engineering at a defense contractor. I almost think he did well because he almost looks like a middle easterner even though he's totally not at all. The only one I really work with is in sales. I'm dumbfounded really, because I have no idea what they do.
That’s what I figured. I applaud you for your plans in trying to improve the situation at your company!
It seems like the best route even in the trades is too eat shit, smile and make yourself good enough that when it all goes to shit they have no-one else to call but you.
As a White man, I am in the prime of my working career. However, the [Middle Mangement] VP class is dominated by White women who are in no way shape or form hiring or promoting White men. So I’m effectively locked 2-3 rungs down from where I should be if this wasn’t clownworld.
They also run promotions/raises/bonus like charities. So the divorced 30-something single mom with 4 kids will get a guaranteed compensation increase while an unmarried single women of the same age won’t get shit. Yeah, women managers are huge bitches to other women.
I’m sure this is happening in the white-collar world everywhere.
I spent months and 50 resumes to eventually get an essentially entry level position doing something I actually wanted to do. I've been alive long enough to know that this has never been the case before recently.
I recommend becoming self employed. If you're self directed and good at solving problems you'll find there is endless work to do. Finding clients can be hard but most turn into long term customers if you do well on the first few tasks.
The last three companies I worked for all are software dev companies that prioritize hiring DEI workers over devs. They occasionally hire DEI devs (that don't last, or don't really work) but the companies all created infinity fake jobs for the DEI hires, paid for by the VC money. Very high paying jobs too. One girl got hired for a fake entry level job in a communications role and was getting paid more than any of the middle managers. They also hired an HR girl when the company was brand new, and gave her a VP title, massive amounts of stock, and her own department, by herself. She was made into an instant millionaire and didn't even have anyone reporting to her. A one person department. The first thing she did was a bunch of illegal anti-white and anti-male stuff. It all got officially reversed, but we all know the efforts went forward, off the record.
I read that recruiters are just data mining these days. There's also women are outpacing men in the workforce. You don't have to like the numbers, it won't change the numbers.
https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2024/11/18/us-women-are-outpacing-men-in-college-completion-including-in-every-major-racial-and-ethnic-group/
Yeah that's bad for women too, whether they want to admit it or not. Women don't marry down.
I don't think trades are lesser. If you look at all the jobs school told us we didn't want, those are the better paying, get treated better jobs today.
You may not think the trades are lesser (they aren’t), but women as a collective do.
Currently the money going directly to insurance companies is an invisible concept. The companies say you get a discount, but the rates went up. If the consumers had the spending power rather than behind the scenes smoke and mirrors, prices would come down.
I did a fair bit of contract work for a superannuation company here in Australia which meant I spent a lot of time in the office.
Superannuation is a tax you pay here in Aus that means 11% of your pay goes to a private equity firm that invests it in woke stuff, and you get what's left after you retire.
Maybe 80 people in the office, my job was basically to interrupt everyone and give them a questionnaire, 2 IT guys and 3-4 economists were the only people that were ever busy and I wasn't able to interrupt their day/they were annoyed at the interruption. Funnily enough the IT guys were white fat nerdy reddit archetypes not Indians.
95% of everyone else was White Women or DEI hires who had no issue with me interrupting them at any time, unless they were in a meeting or chatting to co-workers. I'm not 100% sure what any of them did but it was exactly as you'd expect. 5-6 people working and carrying the other 80 people on the floor.
The job I was doing was created by a couple of self employed dudes who basically convince companies to do bullshit fake work for "employee wellbeing" and charge them absurd sums for me to come in and follow a template. They hire a Woman in another city part time to handle all the admin and bookings and just let it print money as their side gig. I'm in awe of them honestly.
Incredible goydustry.
