So I (a white guy) got laid off from my previous job, and unfortunately the job was so specific that I am not really finding any opportunities in the job field. I’ve always been aware about how bleak employment is for white men, but I can’t help but feel an incredible amount of dread as it seems like the Indians, Chinese, and white women have basically taken over every white collar industry, with only Gen X and Boomer white men having prominent jobs. The blue collar industries will be taken over by Hispanics and lower caste Indians. If they haven’t done so already. It seems like the West is India’s vassal state now and the fact that white men now have to endure Indians being handed high-paying jobs like candy is the most demoralizing shit I have ever seen. Great job Jews and Boomers, you really outdid yourselves in permanently blackpilling white men. Is it as bleak as it seems right now, or does anybody have any other observations about this clown world?

Anything that is IT or IT adjacent is Indian now.
I'm about half contract work, half consultant now after leaving a nearly 20 year corporate job last year. I'm in big corporate offices a lot. If you're a white man there, you are the extreme minority. I actually suspect a lot of those are sub-contracted H1Bs. The Fortune 500s hire these companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and such to staff people in the offices. I even accidentally found one of their required H1B notices in an office. I should have taken a pic. It was this single sheet of white paper with some text on it hidden in a "notice board" section in the very corner of somewhere. I was roaming around on a phone call to even notice it.
Otherwise, a lot of the small business is still white guys. The ones that get a lot of the work done. That's the niche I fall in to, I'm essentially self employed at this point via a bunch of different contacts should I choose to do work for them. It's nothing more than a reward for 20 years of saving and building assets + 20 years of networking and building contacts though. The lower labor tiers of these small companies is half Mexicans. I know a decent amount of Filipinos, although they really never seem that bad at all and are nothing like Indians.
Something weird I noticed my last couple years in. Every time I sat down in a meeting as a 40-ish year old I was still almost always the youngest one at the table. I can think of almost no one I know that was a 20-something like I was when I started. They barely exist or I don't know where they are.
They get passed over. A while back I was doing the tech part of the interviews on new hires, the Indian manager would actively find any reason to pass over any white guy while promoting jeets.
There was this kid once, he had actual passion - he had his test systems set up at home, self learned and flew over to have a face to face interview and the Indian manager convinced the non-Indian local manager to not hire him and later we got this 0 experience, dumb white chick. I left the company after that, it was hurting my mental state to see what was going on.
abortion and neets
Where do you think the 20-somethings are these days? Have they been locked out of the entry level market altogether?
I don't know a ton of people that age. I can think of one I know in finance, one in engineering at a defense contractor. I almost think he did well because he almost looks like a middle easterner even though he's totally not at all. The only one I really work with is in sales. I'm dumbfounded really, because I have no idea what they do.
