To the best of my knowledge? Provincial or Federal agencies have no say in the matter. Other than the RCMP investigating election crimes.
There are more organ failures & other things like cancer & Alzheimer's because people live longer. 100 years ago lots of people would have died of other things long before they turned 80. Even an infected scratch could kill you. Add to that the processed food, smoking & drinking and other poor lifestyle choices & modern people just get sick more often.
Plus there's trillions to be made off of sick folks!
