I'm not sure what you're referring to - I see both men and women having their fertility harmed and being denied medical help, e.g., if they didn't get the COVID jabs. And of course rich and connected people will always have a way to get ahead of even the most intersectionally protected group - they don't need to rely on the public health system to get organs.
