Racism is simply acknowledging the world as it actually exists rather than how some ideologue wants it to exist.
Some religious Hindus think cow urine and cow poop has healing properties. But I would say at least 50% of Indians don't do such things and think it is disgusting.
cow urine does have medicinal benefits for people in india. the water is so incredibly polluted that people are sick all the time. cow urine is less polluted than the water. Indians use cows as biofilters.
Urine was used to treat hormone issues, and diabetes before big pharma. The search history has changed significantly since the last time I looked, ( it's all DON'T DO THAT, and less historical fact) but I seem to recall a diabetes medicine named for it's origins.

I've seen this phenomenon at least once before at this scale. Where an entire ethnicity is in silent agreement to gaslight the rest of the world about some abhorrent thing they practice. First it was the Chinese and how they eat dogs. On social media they'll tell you it's only some weirdos or only during some festivals etc. But if you go there and ask for dog meat is like asking for a Starbucks. Literally everywhere.
Its pretty much an underground industry in China now. To the point i think you have to be part of the govt or some other connected figure to get dog meat now. It was much more common when i went in the 00s
