Urine was used to treat hormone issues, and diabetes before big pharma. The search history has changed significantly since the last time I looked, ( it's all DON'T DO THAT, and less historical fact) but I seem to recall a diabetes medicine named for it's origins.

Tiktok trends being as dumb as they are, I can't say I blame them. It's not as if I need this specific topic regularly. But, it's an example of the knowledge filter at work. It irritates me.

But, I was looking for a link because I was going to say that people drinking it could be fucking up their thyroid, and their glucose at the same time. I agree it's not a good idea. I'm still irritated that the history is much harder to find. I had to look up historical medication btw.
