It's that program lazy and disingenuous people use to pay for bucketfulls of highly-processed junk food so that they can use their actual money to buy bottomless cartons of cigarettes and endless cans of beer. And probably also weed and other illicit drugs.

Most of the "ethnic" grocery stores around me offer extra money if you use SNAP there, like up to 200$ back.
