Church attendance is up across the board (though time will tell how permanent that boost is), and people have not only been shocked awake to what niche forums like us have known about the true nature of the left, they are in a sense returning the favor in the form of getting these ghouls put on blast and fired. These... foot soldiers of Satan (whether knowing or unwitting) who outright celebrated what happen to Charlie Kirk with their real full names and faces.
... But why did this have to be the catalyst? Why did it take a milquetoast neocon getting killed in front of his family on camera for all the world to see to wake your average person up to the realities of, among other things, spiritual warfare (see also Ephesians 6:12 on my previous post)? Why did Joe Blow ignore our warnings (of those who bothered, anyway) until what was warned of came to them?
Yes, in a sense we have been vindicated... but the cost was far too high...
Normies are called sheep for a reason. They won't lift their heads up and pay attention for anything but a genuine tragedy. I'm surprised that even this actually stirred them I thought it would take a nuclear bomb.

I mean, the general attitude about the Trump supporter got shot and killed during Trumps assassination attempt was basically 'he fucking deserved it', same as Kirk. The reaction wasn't widespread, so no one really noticed it.
yeah actually, my own dad was almost mocking the firefighter for catching a bullet. was posting about how strange it was that if I thought that "God" would deflect the bullet from an "adulterer" into a "simple rube".
Normies got to see what was lurking in these people's hearts and minds and it revolted them.

They 100% unironically think that you have to agree with their programming to be a good person. It's essentially a massive cult implemented by organized subversion through academia, lifetime actors and every form of media.

Yeah that's where I'm at. I never thought this would make much of a splash. I can't figure out why this was the catalyst. What's stopping people from closing their eyes and plugging their ears like they normally do?
Honestly, it concerns me. Maybe I've just OD'd on paranoia but it almost seems like there's outside momentum pushing this along. I feel the same about the patriotic stirring in the UK. Why are my ten year old talking points now mainstream? I want to be happy about it, and I sort of am, but my guard is still up. Has our time just finally come?
I generally don't believe in 'people power'. I'm a lot more sympathetic to elite theory. I don't think anything changes in society without somebody in power wanting (or allowing) it to change.
Maybe the system believed "X" was the best way to manage things but their plans were built on faulty or incomplete data they've only developed over the last 10+ years of social media consuming the world?
Maybe a whole lot of people started cussing up a massive storm when they realized that "Y" should have been their way to go all along, but they didn't know that beforehand because it didn't make any sense to the system?
Maybe someone was actually listening to us scream into the ether?
Sometimes nothing ever happens until there's a Happening that's big enough to start a change. I'm loathe to quote Lenin, but he poignantly said that there are "decades where nothing happens, and weeks where decades happen." Maybe these are some of those weeks.
I don't think it was a catalyst. The funeral will happen Sunday, and this will all go back to background noise, unfortunate as that is.
It's because Charlie was a normie conservative. He was them. They see themselves in him, both being killed for his opinions and the left celebrating it. If they'd celebrate his death, they'd celebrate the death of half the country.
We've been trying to tell people that the left literally wants everyone who doesn't agree with them to die, but nobody believed it because it seemed so outlandish. It doesn't seem that way any more.
They sure snoozed through countless mob beatings and impromptu assassinations in the street. I guess because it's a scoped rifle and not some masked goon with a handgun it's different.

Agreed. I'm surprised it woke people up. The new sis full of people dying left and right. For years now it's been Ukraine and then Palestine Israel. People grew numb to it. But this struck a chord.

I think part of it was the very gruesome nature of his death. We have many camera angles of it, and his own family was present in the front row of it all.
