I think you gargle seamen you leftist faggot. But yes I think white men are often passed over with certain positions because of stereotypes. It's so prevalent it's a joke among the players, even white players. Conversely the blacks love crying about stereotypes about black QBs, or being a minority among assistant coaches.
The only people who even care about being fair are white people.

But if white people care so much about things being fair, why are the white owners discriminating against white players?
White men are better able to pay for their education. They don't have to "play ball" to "get a shot" on a sports scholarship. The discrimination starts well before the draft.
It's not even money, really. If you're doling out acceptance letters for college, if you need to "represent" every race, and if all of the races are more-or-less even in terms of football-playing ability, you may as well draw your football players from the races that are demonstrably worse at everything else.
The nfl isn’t recruiting based on how well they can pay for their education.

People who can afford an education don't need to play for the NFL. I can have a good job where I don't get brain damage from getting sacked by negros all day. Why would I even take that bet?
It's the same reason the military isn't filled with incredibly smart and talented people.
People really do like to forget that nearly every football playing black has devoted his entire life to that single basket and will have literally nothing if it doesn't work out. For a black guy, they truly believe the only way to succeed in life and get out the ghetto is basketball/football or rap and has spent every moment since he was like 8 working on one or more of those.
White guys usually do not do something that retarded, because they can't just become welfare parasites for the rest of their life if they fail, and as such lack that "do or die" edge that most blacks have. Both in terms of working at it constantly and willing to risk CTE to make it happen.

Are you saying that black people have limited options and thus the discrimination calls them to have to get into sports instead of having a fair education?
Some NFL positions are disproportionately black, and others are disproportionately White (e.g. quarterbacks). Do blacks "not have the playing talent" to be quarterbacks?
(The answer, of course, is that different races have fundamental differences in aptitude across all areas, which is why the list of top sprinters and the list of top powerlifters have two very different racial makeups, but you're not going to admit that.)

I was watching a bowl game, 1982 perhaps? He was the backup QB for a college team that went to a bowl game & lost badly. The starting (White) QB sucked all game long, and Damon went in mid 4th quarter. He threw for (iirc, this was long ago!) 200 yards 2 TD and an interception. In about 8 minutes. It was more than the other guy did the whole game.
The next 2 years he started for them but he never got drafted into the NFL. Baseball yes! But he went to the CFL. He had a legendary career, to say the least, both passing and rushing he was a beast.
He finished with just 320 yards rushing yards less than his brother did! It was all CFL ofc.
Also: Warren Moon, he had to play in the CFL, no NFL team would touch him until he proved himself to be in the top 3 QBs on the planet (one of the others being Dieter Brock in the CFL too!) year after year.
They get discriminated against from Pee-Wee football (basketball, baseball too) on up. PoC are seen as "gifted" (totally NOT racist when a leftist says it! 🤔) in athletics and given priority over Whites.
