The best part of living in a Japanese apartment regardless of the size or amenities is the fact that there are no real "bad neighborhoods". No matter how low in price you go. Yeah there's punks who look mean and act generally annoying at night, but it's not dangerous like neighborhoods in America. There's no "wrong side of the tracks" where you'll get beat on like Kiryuu because you stepped on the wrong turf or looked at someone the wrong way. It can happen but it's rare. In America if you want to live cheap - and you live in the city - you're just gonna have to expect violence. We all know why.
Yup, there's areas that almost look like slums but the people there are nice and things are well taken care of, the people arent bad, just poor.
But recently, near me at least, those areas have started to fill up with shit forigners. Lots of halal signs in a the new stores "remittances here" etc.
Groups of angry looking Arab looking guys standing around in groups all day glaring at you.

I recall a news article from a few years ago where local British chavs were having issues with the Africans flooding into their neighborhoods. The chavs would be antagonistic because it was their turf, and where a normal Briton would go "Blimey, don't hurt me, take me wallet and leave me be," the Africans would pull knives and machetes and just kill the guy in retaliation. They were entirely unaccustomed to this outright violence and murder.
But the crazy, naked, homeless people screaming that they'll kill me for being one of the Freemason's that stole his sole while covered in feces is what give life meaning!

I was just about to post "I bet the Japanese love it when videos like these going viral"
Japan appears to be next on the list.
Lots of popular online non Japanese people saying “Japan will have to import immigrants or their GDP will go down!!!!!!”
Not that! Line always go up, not down!
A society without niggers and shit skins.
I envy them.
