I agree with meme [3,-1] from the top. We shouldn't be spending this much on illegal immigrants when we have our own citizens to support: Get rid of all support and financial incentives for illegal immigrants, and levy a fine heavily on those who aid them in any way, even stochastically, in order to pay out for the social services for legal and honest citizens. Food is optional for illegal aliens: You can choose to leave the country to get food whenever you'd like: The flight home will be catered.
Sue and fine their countries of origin, their traffickers, their caterers, their transporters, anyone who even told them that this would be a good idea in passing. Sue them all. And give the money to war vets who need it.
