That's the problem with a cult of personality. People stop thinking for themselves.
I don't care how great a politician seems to be. You NEVER EVER blindly trust a politician in a system that is designed to fuck you over. And especially if you think they're great you need to criticize them the hardest. Because the corrupt cunts don't give a fuck about what you have to say anyway.
A 'democracy' can only work if the people do their due diligence to keep the political class and all levels of the government in check. Which is why 'democracy' is a pipe dream. Ironically enough the disastrous security situation in most European countries wouldn't be possible in a dictatorship without the dictator getting killed/dethroned by his own security apparatus or people. Because not getting randomly raped, robbed and killed in the street should be the fucking minimum in any nation.
He didn't drain the swamp. He didn't release the JFK files. He didn't release the Epstein files. He supported the COVID scam. He's engaging in acts of war on the behalf of Israel. He's actively attacking people that go against the Israel lobby.
Politicians are mainly actors. Very few are actually directors.
Far more ridiculous things have been staged. If the deep state wanted him dead his brain matter would've been splattered all over the stage just like JFK.
“Muh cult of personality” is a globalist smear that they level against any effective nationalist leader. Anyone who is sufficiently charismatic to lead a political movement or party is necessarily going to inspire pathological loyalty in at least a portion of his supporters, and anyone who opposes that leader is going to then accuse all of his followers of being in a cult. It’s all terribly predictable and tiresome, especially when it’s so obviously not true.
Trump’s base has regularly and loudly broken with him on many major issues including Operation Warp Speed, his questionable picks and endorsements, and most recently the bombing of Iran on behalf of Israel. Now we have the never-Trumpers, neocons, and Israel Firsters coming out of the woodwork to slander Trump’s real base as “traitors” because we disagreed with him. Those same assholes were trashing him and calling us “cultists” just a few years ago.
And don’t even start on the leftists. Obama was the second coming for those dipshits, and they have the audacity to call us a “cult of personality”?

Is a very bad thing if the person has shown itself to not have your best interests at heart several times.

Parts of his base yes, those parts who aren't subscribing to the cult of personality. Other parts support everything he does no matter what because 'trust the plan'. And some parts are actually making him out be a religious figure.
Cult of personalities aren't just dangerous for the followers but also for the leader. If the leader starts to get surrounded by Yes-men who not only unconditionally support everything he's doing but perhaps are also 'protecting' him from bad news and criticism and by doing that he's getting wrong and incomplete information then that leader has a serious problem on his hand.
For example Hitler was surrounded by Yes-men. At least that is what Erich Hartmann thought because when he talked with Hitler about the air-war in the East he clearly had no fucking idea what was truly going on and Hartmann was specifically told beforehand not to bother Hitler about it.
A charismatic leader is very powerful and can achieve much. But if he becomes the very foundation and is incapable of creating a lasting foundation independent of himself then everything will come crashing down once he's dead. And then obviously there's also the danger of the leader buying into his own hype and turning into a fucking idiot. That's why a cult of personality is bad.
Look at Libya. The second Gadaffi died everything he worked for, everything he achieved instantly went up in smoke. He's one of the best examples in modern history.

I know of no other politician who has been more thoroughly put through hostile investigation.
They cut his twitter on J6.
When that didn't work, they arrested him.
When that didn't work, they shot him on the head.
And then he bent over and spread his cheeks for them anyway.
This comment is going to look silly in two or three years.
Silly silly.
Uh huh. 64D CHESS! Trust the plan! Art of the deal!
The deal is, he is Bibi's bitch.
They couldn't even wait the 72 hours.
And how do you know that wasn't theatrics?

I agree with you, but the dude was shot and survived. And you think that was an act?
