its the people who make a land what it is. Paris was known as a romantic city when it was filled with French people. Now that its filled with all sorts of filth from the 3rd world, its now just another 3rd world city.
Why hate the conditions of 3rd world countries when it makes far more sense to hate the people that created those conditions in the first place

The Japanese had/have an entire department at their embassy in Paris whose entire job was delaing with Japanese citizens who were pet down by Paris.

I dont disagree with the statement, but i question the whole syringes thing. There was a slew of accusations of "needle spiking" in the UK a while back, nobody was arrested and no one popped on a tox screen. Mostly its women who want to explain their blackout drunk nights that absolves them of the responsibility of their own drinking.
