As a Catholic this is part of recent, relatively speaking, Catholic dogma I struggle with. How can Jesus come and fulfill the law and redeem everyone, but Jews remain in a Covenant with God?

They don't. Anyone who preaches that there is a dual covenant - one for the jews, and one for Christians - is a heretic. Nostra Aetate in particular is heretical garbage that uses the exact same diction as the council of trent to state the exact opposite of what trent said. There is no salvation outside the church. Catholics worship a different God than jews, muslims, and even protestants. And the jews are cursed by God for eternity for what they did.

Vatican 2 was not a dogmatic council. It was pastoral council, meaning all it had authority to change was pastoral policies. Yet it has been used by jews within the church itself to redefine dogma and establish an anti-church.

Jews remain in a Covenant with God

I know of no such Dogma. I am aware of many people stretching Vatican2 documents and Nostra aetate past their breaking point to imply such though.

They’re reading in how God isn’t done with hebrews/Jews/Israel in Revelation, but I believe it’s because a bunch of Jews turn back to Jesus at the end of time before it’s all over.

I think this is where they mention the 150k. I think this will be the number of Jews that convert. Out of 16 million.

Evangelicals are just spinning their wheels.

144,000, 12,000 from each of the faithful tribes.

And those people assume that because we should try to proselytize jews that it means we have to fellate them too.

They haven't. Assuming that you believe them to be descendants of those old Jews who rejected Christ, then they are branches who have fallen off the tree. We should pray for them to come to the faith and be grafted back on again.

If instead you consider the vast majority of them to be following an essentially new tradition (babylonean talmudism), given its new emphasis on matrilineal rather than paternal descent, its vast quantities of new text and beliefs, and lack of similarity with the old ways, then they are just pagans whom we should pray for: for them to reject their old ways and come to the faith, that they might be grafted onto the tree.

We're not american dispensationalists, catholic doctrine is more 'fulfillment/supercessionist'.

"If instead" Does it have to be one or the other? I believe it's both

Jews or whatever they were called before the term Jew came to be, have always struggled with obedience to God. That's precisely why even after being freed from Egypt they wandered the desert so long because they couldn't keep their promise to God immediately after a divine intervention. The word Hebrew means wrestle with God.

They became uppity. Thought they were as important as God. He smacked them down. Later he sent Christ to redeem us. They refused to worship him, not because of what they claimed (that doing so was idol worship) but because they knew it was true and they had fashioned themselves as idols of their own making. They essentially think they are God's gift to man and/or mans savior (is their twisted take of Jesus), so it's not just idol worship, it's self deification.

The catholic dogma already replaces the word with fanfiction and interposes the pope between the word and the people.

Reject papal heresy. Their dictates don't make sense, because they are wrong. The pope is a communist.

Every heretic since even before Arius appeals directly to scriptures extensively. Your understanding of the Christian Religion is based on a foundation that you fail to acknowledge or possibly even know exists. Even the NT instructs Christians to listen to both the written and spoken teachings of the Apostles (and yes, the Apostles appointed new Apostles in Acts).

From 325 to about 1550 every Christian held to the Nicaean Creed. Have Christians been been wrong about the faith for most of the years since Christ?

All the denominations have a clerisy whether formally acknowledged or not. The "personal relationship with God" types all chug televangelist horse shit. In other words, the televangelist performs the same role as the Pope.

As much as people have an issue with the Catholic Church they’re no where near touching the Evangelical Mega Church with a mall inside the church

While its always beautiful, the Catholic Church doesn't have much room to stand on in regards to adorning their churches with lavish spending. Even in my mega poverty area of Louisiana where every other denomination was in a literal shack, the Catholic church had massive art pieces, gold everywhere, and all sorts of other very expensive things to stare at as they passed the donation bowl around.

In this case its more of a traditional and beautiful making it seem less offensive than nu-rich and in your face. And it certainly helps the feeling of being in a house of worship and its sanctity, instead of the Mega Churches feeling like a pop concert.

Lmao, the catholic government literally operates as a globalist communist organization. Protestantism came about from them being sickeningly corrupt hundreds of years ago and they've gotten worse. Shitty televangelist grifters are a small fraction of protestant groups, and harmless in comparison.

catholic projection

Negative, faggot. A couple of denominations do have organizations that try to ape the catholic structure, the difference being they have no power and are largely ignored. They're grifters and people recognize them as grifters. Just like the entire catholic heirarchy.

Euros aren't often capable of speaking intelligently about protestantism, you don't know anything about the subject.

I'm American and not even Catholic. I'm not religious at all. It's weird to talk up American Protestantism when a huge swathe (a majority perhaps?) of them are heretics who worship Israel.

Paula White is a televangelist and is the head of the White House Faith Office so they are definitely still influential.
