I've watched part of an episode with her and it was so over the top, white woman saying she would like to work after marriage and the husband and another woman just laughing or some girls telling a guy that white men are still doing ok in response to anti-white men discrimination.

I know it’s a show on HBO. To think there was a time years back where all you had to tell me was that it was an HBO or British show and I’d watch no questions asked. Now I’ll cancel my hbo max once I get through the old stuff

I thought he did a decent job finishing WOT. Don’t think GOT is his style though. Not sure who they would get. Probably some unknown who can slap something together
It doesn't even have to have contemporary political undertones, I hate this loud slice of life American comedy subgenre, and who it appeals to. In Dumb and Dumber it is assumed the protagonists are obnoxiously different. There's some Poe's Law going on, where the vapid mannerisms of sitcom, romcom, etc characters no longer had a neon sign, and audiences related more to it.

I decided to take a chance and watch the first episode. Made it almost 2/3rds through it before I bailed.
