Women told us to leave them alone, and we listened.
Not to mention the warm hole isn't appealing enough to justify putting up with the crap that comes with it. Getting men in their teens and 20s to conclude that getting laid isn't worth it is actually quite an accomplishment.
And here is the rub. They won't because more than half of them are having zero children.
Birth rates are dropping and in just a minute half the population of childless women will be over the magic number of 32, after which it becomes seriously difficult for women to get pregnant. Fertility drops by 50% every single year; So at 35, chances are getting pretty damn slim without IVF.
At that point, the fertile women of society will have to have that many more children to lift the population rate and stave off a death spiral of falling population.
Which they won't!
Women would rather let the entire of western civilization fall down around their ears than accept accountability and give up their party-girl turbo-slut lifestyles.
Never in the whole of history have women been so promiscuous, and it won't end soon!
Cities will literally burn before things get bad enough for women that they might think about trading rampant hedonism for security.
Just think about it. How bad will things need to get before your average MSNBC talking head basic bitch liberal will say: "Well, in hindsight giving women the vote was a tragic, short sighted experiment and it never should have happened. Please take our vote away."

I just don't want them having even the slightest freedom and for them to be forced to bare my children without any way of leaving me.

Most men have a chance with women, not with hot young girls though... these are just sexdolls for for the rich, high status men. That being said, all men could fuck hot girls if they are willing to pay for it.
look, brother, i get your sentiment, but you have to understand you're being fed a narrative. unless you literally only hang out in affluent San Francisco cafés meeting tweeters from big market research companies, there's every chance that you meet regular old girls daily and just have no clue.
the real problem isn't "women", it's the atomization of society that's making it really, really hard to find those regular women. mostly only vapid airheads hang out on hook-up sites and apps, but at the same time our hostile elites have shaped society such that attempting to find a partner in any other scenario is not only frowned upon but easily illegal. you're left with extremely happenstance "we just met and hit it off" situations which are as uncommon as they are romantic.
blaming the other half of the population which we have loved and cherished as they have us for the past few million years is precisely what those hostile elites would have you do. what's better than them manipulating consensus to take you and your annoying rebellious tendencies out of the gene pool? you taking yourself out of it.
While you are correct about the notions fed down from the zeitgeist about how people view one another in almost individualised glass houses, never to get close, it's also very true that men have no way of knowing when that "normal" girl is actually normal, or if that "average" girl is actually average.
More specifically, how does a guy know that a woman browsing books at a bookstore or shopping for food in the grocery store isn't some Tiktok harpy ready to whip out her phone the minute a man approaches so she can go viral calling him a harasser or yelling for the manager to say he's making her "feel uncomfortable" and getting the police involved? And before people say "That doesn't happen bro, just be a good tradcuck and ask her out!" I give you a few examples:
Some of those are just outright enraging, and when you look at the women making those false claims, you can see they look like typical average wenches.
So it becomes a game of Russian roulette (almost literally) as you have no idea if approaching some woman might result in a simple "No, sorry, I have a boyfriend/husband" or permanently ruin your life like some of the men in those linked stories.
And the really sad part about it, is that even if you manage to avoid being accused of something you didn't do, you still have to deal with the 50% divorce rates, initiated 80% of the time by women because they just didn't "feel" like the relationship was what they wanted.
I have been lucky to avoid those scenarios, but those were decades ago before all of this escalated to the point of where it is now, and I feel bad and sad for young men who have no way of navigating the current landscape. And that's not even getting into the slatterns pretending to be pure and posing as "born again virgins" in church after spending their good years riding the carousel operated by Chad Thundercock and Tyrone Dickerdown.
They're needed for breeding.
They wanted unattractive men to leave them alone (or preferably, exit from society). The problem for them is that the attractive, top tier men also took the hint. We now have buyers remorse.
Also that women rate 80-90% of men unattractive. Whereas men follow the mean, and rate <50% of women unattractive.
If I recall the data from the percentages of what men and women find attractive, that's the case with hook-ups and situationships but the percentages of women normalise when it comes to long term relationships. There's one problem - those women who want relationships are already in them and have been since finding their childhood sweethearts or at the latest, their early 20's. Single women today are rejecting relationships for situationships or singledom.
