It's crazy because airlines are basically monopolies of sorts. We are seeing more and more people being deplatformed and depersoned for stuff like this. They'll take your taxes to give to delta but you can't fly on them lol
It's crazy because airlines are basically monopolies of sorts.
Maybe so, but airlines are also common carriers in the US, so they aren't allowed to discriminate without just cause. This shit needs to go to the courts, and if SCOTUS has any sense at all they'll come down hard on Delta and make it clear that this is unacceptable.
The entire concept of “a private business can serve whom it wants” went out the window with the 1963 civil rights act.
Regardless, commercial airlines are de-facto government entities that are highly regulated and sanctioned by the government to facilitate PUBLIC travel. This is akin to saying that you’re banned from riding the city bus because you tweeted about the bus driver wearing a crucifix when only US flag pins are allowed on the uniform.
It’s be one thing if the guy had photographed the stewards face which would be akin to harassment but the tweet is nothing more than a photo of all the “flair” the attendant wore.
Now, perhaps a court would find differently… but unless there’s strong push back to this the gay mafia will continue to push the window.
The airlines are subsidized by the government. The President and Congress can take away any and all tax benefits, grants, loans, anything from them as punishment.
If the government can force businesses to hire niggers and women despite there being freedom of association, it can force freedom of speech on them. It just doesn't want to.
You have it literally backwards. The First Amendment makes free speech an unalienable right. The duty of the government is to ensure that it is maintained at all times. This is a right that is far above and beyond enforcing respect towards others' religion or race.
I forget, was Delta the one diversity hiring pilots so now you need to worry about their qualifications or were they the one regularly beating up passengers?
Basically, one (or more) of their flight attendants booted some marine woman off the plan for wearing a shirt that said: "Do not give in to the war within. End veteran suicide."
Combining that story with this new comedian one, it sure seems like there is a massive infestation of rabid radical leftists at Delta. Kicking the marine veteran off the flight for that shirt was bad enough, but it's utterly ridiculous that they think they are going to patrol fucking Twitter, and look for people to ban from flying based on jokes.
It's just all so tiresome. Watching these activists infest everything, and then use whatever power they can get their hands on to attack their political opponents is so fucking tiresome.
Those NPCs must not have received the update. The lefties love the military now. They trot out all kinds of no-name generals and "experts" to denounce Trump
I know a lot of pilots out of work because of the Vaxx, and their refusal to touch it. It could work. But the outrage on Twatter when the ball gags were handed out to blacks, Muslims and lefty wammens would be fervent.

The zogovernment supports depersoning whites and dissidents.
They pilfer your taxes to pay the same companies which then do stuff like this.
Bail them out with your money and then pretend like they are private when they want to destroy a person.
haha dude, they just need to contact zog and put you on the no fly list
That’s a violation of his first amendment rights.
Delta needs to be sued for constitutional violation and pay out large punitive damages as well as possibly have its flight carrier status revoked.
The First Amendment only applies to government.
Airlines are not government they are a private business, and they can respond in any way they see fit if you violate their policies.
Businesses can and will ban you as a customer and unless it was due to race religion etc., there's nothing much you can do about it.
Stop drinking the leftist kool-aid.

It's a private business where you're not allowed to be a customer without the government groping you and scanning all of your personal belongings?
Stops being a private business when it receives government subsidies with stipulations and new regulations.

Looks like it was (at least) United. https://kotakuinaction2.win/p/12i48hiTYn/dont-fly-united-theyre-committed/c/
Delta has been in the news lately for this: Marine Veteran Removed from Flight for Wearing Shirt About Veteran Suicide\

Crypto or cash. Also keep the prices high to discourage the riffraff.

Some ultra-woke commisar was excited to abuse their power.
These buttfucking enthusiasts sure are getting bold.
Nobody needs to fly that much on a commercial air plane. At that point get your own.
