The entire concept of “a private business can serve whom it wants” went out the window with the 1963 civil rights act.
Regardless, commercial airlines are de-facto government entities that are highly regulated and sanctioned by the government to facilitate PUBLIC travel. This is akin to saying that you’re banned from riding the city bus because you tweeted about the bus driver wearing a crucifix when only US flag pins are allowed on the uniform.
It’s be one thing if the guy had photographed the stewards face which would be akin to harassment but the tweet is nothing more than a photo of all the “flair” the attendant wore.
Now, perhaps a court would find differently… but unless there’s strong push back to this the gay mafia will continue to push the window.
The airlines are subsidized by the government. The President and Congress can take away any and all tax benefits, grants, loans, anything from them as punishment.
If the government can force businesses to hire niggers and women despite there being freedom of association, it can force freedom of speech on them. It just doesn't want to.
You have it literally backwards. The First Amendment makes free speech an unalienable right. The duty of the government is to ensure that it is maintained at all times. This is a right that is far above and beyond enforcing respect towards others' religion or race.
That’s a violation of his first amendment rights.
Delta needs to be sued for constitutional violation and pay out large punitive damages as well as possibly have its flight carrier status revoked.
The First Amendment only applies to government.

It's a private business where you're not allowed to be a customer without the government groping you and scanning all of your personal belongings?
Stops being a private business when it receives government subsidies with stipulations and new regulations.
