While I'm very appreciative that our efforts are being acknowledged but I can't help but feel blackpilled that some damage is already done. The usual suspects have been especially aggressive towards shaping Japanese culture to their own idealistic image this year now I get the sense they are feeling cornered. I wonder what message gets into the youth there. If they are accepting the woke message, then it's only a matter of time. That's really where I see no end to it in the western world, I mean what percentage of people under 30, under 20, etc accept all of this fully? It's a large number.
They desperately want control over what is essentially the last medium of entertainment that provides proper role models and actual entertainment for people.
People love to accuse Anime and Manga of being degenerate while ignoring the sheer real diversity of options available. So many stories with healthy messaging, happy families, people working through crises and learning new things.
