I remember being in high school for the Columbine shootings, and I remember waking up to 9/11. There are certain moments that invade and imprint on your mind.
As a millenial it's somewhat reminiscent of 9/11, though not quite as significant.
This is closer to Osama's death than 9/11, tbh.
It's crazy that sometimes I have to go into a lot of detail about 9/11 to explain to people how fucking nuts it was. Especially for anyone in the military at the time.
