At this point, I think we NEED openly flawed people for general health. We've got so many hypocrites pretending their saints while lying through their teeth. Someone who is open and unapologetic about their faults is a refreshing level of honesty that I find far more respectable.

If you accept a plea or don't then you're being prosecuted differently for the same crime. The only plea deal that should ever be constitutional and not a violation of due process is one where you get the minimum sentence by pleading guilty, not one where you get charged with a lesser crime.
Anitifa burns a Wendy's down maybe the Soros DA could give them minimum sentence for arson, but giving them misdemeanor vandalism means they're picking and choosing who gets an arson charge. That's by definition selective prosecution.
