Not exactly. Most Libertarians don't advocate for the abolition of police, but the curtailing of most of the "criminal" laws that require them.
I am more for removing the police, but replacing them with the militia.
Which means, instead of 100 men who are mercenaries paid to patrol your community by the state so that you can turn a blind eye to social problems, and remove your agency in self-defense and community-defense; every adult male between the ages of 16 - 65 will be on patrol so you can see the consequences of your bad decisions, and actually give a shit about the people you live around.
The right used to be pro le until they realized the cops bend their knees to blm and would rather harass white people with wrong opinions than stop actual crimes by the leftist and their golems.

All of NYC except for a small section in Brooklyn and Queens, most of Staten Island. All of Long Island except for certain areas of Suffolk. Then all of Westchester County.
Most of upstate NY is red except for Albany and some of the other smaller cities.
