He pulled the dumbest mistake possible, never apologize.
He probably thinks this is the only way out of this without his shop getting mysteriously burned to the ground one night.
I can't imagine the Met would prosecute anybody under those circumstances other than him, with the way they are.
He should have thought of that before opening a store in a North African city-state. Anyone who voluntarily lives or does business in areas like this deserves what they get.

Eh, maybe more so than you think. If he's Pakistani, his family could have been here since the 1960s. The African thing started with Blair in 1997 and ramped up once Call Me Dave took the reins in 2010.

Met are pussies, this guy should never have apologised and this will probably just result in more shops in the Peckham area being deliver only or by appointment.
I know London is more of a honeycomb when it comes to which minorities dominate what (hell I heard they have postcode gangs) so this might be restricted to Peckham only as they try for a larger movement to get beaten down by OTHER minorities.
