I wonder. If you see a foreign invader literally scaling some whore's wall like a besieged keep and your reaction is "bye, have fun with your consequences" and she ends up getting murdered, can you get in trouble? I guess if you call the cops that should absolve you of any liability.
Some places have "duty to rescue" laws. If you come across an injured person on the side of the road, you legally must do something, whether it's calling the cops or trying to render aid. I'm not sure if someone who's about to be injured qualifies under duty to rescue.
Unsurprisingly, most of these places are in Europe. Yes surprisingly, Sweden is not one of them. So consequences it is.
