There's no way he didn't do it on purpose. Selfish little bastard.
It was pretty small of him to pull up the step ladder after he achieved success.
Little gremlin salting the earth behind him. Honestly, guy has lost the plot and gotten rid of multiple jobs for people of his stature.
What did he do?
He complained about Snow White and pulled out some goofy "why do they have to be dwarves" statements. Now anything that casts small people has to take a hard stance about why it's 100% necessary and can't just be CG.

Likely virtue signaled how dwarves were being exploited for their handicap or some shit. Scaring away potential Dwarven talent.
Pretty much, though instead of scaring away dwarven talent, he scared away Disney from hiring other dwarves.
He caused a ruckus about the live action Snow White, so Disney changed their plans from hiring seven dwarves to hiring the Multicultural Bandits of Peace and Tolerance.
