That reminds me of the end of the book The Good Earth about Chinese culture. In the end the main character's sons sell some of his land for the new railroad, but not understanding what would happen because of the railroad. He begs them to reconsider and they don't believe him.
If TheImpossible1 hadn't been banned for 40 something days he'd tell us this is exactly as he predicted. Women lie and claim to be right-wing or trad but inevitably vote to protect women's interests. Young Italian men who could be filling empty jobs and building the economy are worthless to her when cheap foreign labor can be brought in to fight over scraps.
He'd also add something about forcing more women to work.
We've seen male politicians repeatedly do the exact same damn thing, but this time, because she's a woman, her betrayal is a special woman-only kind of betrayal with special woman-only motivations.
It's always funny when all these important people get together for conferences to pretend like they don't know the really obvious solutions to illegal migration. A 6-year old could literally figure it out. This is why we elected Trump.

You have to admit that running as a hardline anti immigration candidate and then letting in even more illegal immigrants is a powerful technique.
