So pretty much only Americans on twitter will have anything approaching free speech on the internet.
Foreign citizens may as well be listening to their local version of North Korean State News.
Honest compliance is a better solution-
“This journalist has been censored in your country at the insistence of XYZ politician. Here is his official contact details. Here are the free speech alternatives in your country.”
No one can arrest your staff for telling the truth if all your staff are on Mars. Elon taps temple
