Justify? This is raw political power being used to destroy one man. That is your justification, the destruction of Donald Trump.
This is the permanent bureaucracy sending a message: no outsiders allowed. If you try and force your way in, we will destroy you.
This is why I say Trump is my personal hand grenade. I am voting for him because I want those motherfuckers destroyed, utterly and completely. If Trump can't or won't destroy these people, fine, I am OK with them all being absolutely insane with rage, because we all know people in that state of mind make mistakes, and normies need to see how corrupt and inbred this administrative state is, so they will support fixing the laws that allowed it to form in the first place. Public sector unions HAVE to go, civil service laws have to be gutted, D.C. as a separate political entity has to end, and many departments need to have their HQ building moved from D.C. to someplace else.
NARA has traditionally rented out a facility to store all the documents a Presedential administration produces. They did this for Clinton, Bush, and Obama.
GSA ships all administration documents to this facility when the President leaves
NARA traditionally gives the outgoing administration 2 years to sort through their records, to decide what is personal, and what is public. This sorting is done at that rented out location
In Trump's case, they did not rent such a facility. So, GSA shipped all the docs to his house in Mara Lago
NARA did not give him 2 years to sort his records, they started asking for public records immediately
Mara Lago has a Sensetive Compartmented Information Facility that is rated to store classified docs, and that is where the classified documents Trump had were when the FBI raided his house
Established case law gives the President unilateral authority to declare any document personal (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. National Archives and Records Admin., 845 F.Supp.2d 288 (2012))
The prosecution is arguing that the marked classified documents should have never have been outside of government control, even though the government itself set up the conditions that put these classified documents outside of government control in the first place.
Do you GET IT YET? This was a SET UP by the professional class administrative state. This is the swamp trying to usurp power from the Chief Executive. By rights, everyone involved must be fired, and sanctioned so heavily that the next swamp creature that gets it in their heads that they are more powerful than the President recoils in horror at that thought.
I don't care where he kept them, I mean it's probably one of a dozen and he just had space in there.
This whole document thing is just staff doing it either on purpose or by incompetence. You think Trump personally boxed up and hauled documents to his house? Yeah, right. There's some sort of team that deals with all this within the White House staff and they failed to be organized enough to deal with the documents properly. Probably goes back decades or more like this, they are just going after Trump because it's the best dirt they can find.
What's in those boxes? Fuck if I know. The classified documents actually taken were apparently 70 documents that no one is allowed to see. The documents the FBI raided him on were locked in a safe, locked in a room, with the FBI's lock on it.
These, by definition, aren't those documents.
These are other documents that show... ???? ... in his mansion.
Can't tell you what they are, and can't tell you that it's illegal or illegal. That being said, I'm sure the FBI took them considering they also took some of Melina's clothes, and Time magazines, for some reason during the raid as well. I don't think her clothes are considered "classified material".
Don't care. Still voting Trump.
What is the worst that can happen? Also, how do they justify not caring about Biden’s documents?
Because they are partisan hypocrites.

They don't justify it. What Biden documents, comrade?
I'm going to explain this slow:
NARA has traditionally rented out a facility to store all the documents a Presedential administration produces. They did this for Clinton, Bush, and Obama.

Sounds more secure than a garage, which is Biden's preferred document storage facility.
I don't care where he kept them, I mean it's probably one of a dozen and he just had space in there.

Except they're not, and never have been.

Why do people constantly fall for this shit?
I'd like you to expand on what "looks legit" or what that means but I doubt you will
