I seriously doubt it, their biggest mistake would be to call attention to the Twitter Files by doing something like this.
Since the MSM isn't reporting it the masses don't even know the Twitter Files exist, they'd be incredibly stupid to push it into the news with an act like that.
The information is out there and all they can do now is change how fast people find out. It'll be common knowledge 5 years from now or 5 months, but it's inevitable.

Dunno, they often attack people and topics that most wouldn't have even known existed otherwise.
