Now it doesn't, because several of the things civilization relied on to keep working were changed by leftists under various dishonest pretenses. Find those things and change them back, then identify those responsible for punishment.

This is simply not true though. It's insanely cheap to sustain trad families, the problem is that women are too materialistic and simply don't want kids because it reduces their consumption. The only solution to the child problem is to force women to be chaste, marry a man early in life and be the care-taker of children and the home, like our ancestors did in the past.
Dual-income parents doesn't make having children any easier, if anything, it makes it harder.
