The prosecutor's job is to seek the harshest penalty they think they can get. The system doesn't fucking work if the prosecutor isn't out to nail you on everything they can.

Imagine the precedent that would set. "This prosecutor doesn't share my exact beliefs and values. Therefore they should not be allowed to present a case against me."
I agree with him. Jury of your peers. A white Christian national socialist should only be judged by a group of white Christian national socialists. The fact we have Negros judging white men or women judging men is absolutely unethical.
It's more along the lines of, if you can dismiss a prosecutor because they do not share your beliefs, then why can't you dismiss a judge and jury of the same thing. And at least with a jury you'd have a stronger argument that those who are not of the same race and sex as you are not your peers than dismissing a judge and prosecutor.

Nah, if the Prosecutor was a Democrat, they'd drop the charges. So going to trial at all is inherently unfair to him.

Even under that kind of moral relativism stupidity, the prosecutor is not the judge or jury.

You can dismiss jury for that though, and you dismiss a judge by the appeals process, which includes mistrial as a reason.
Obviously he'd want a democrat, they'd happily protect anyone in their circle regardless of the actual crime.
