Seriously.

The prosecutor's job is to seek the harshest penalty they think they can get. The system doesn't fucking work if the prosecutor isn't out to nail you on everything they can.

He is protesting that the prosecutor might fulfill her duty to the court.

Nah, if the Prosecutor was a Democrat, they'd drop the charges. So going to trial at all is inherently unfair to him.
