You don't have to live in the digital space all the time, go outside, get fit, spit on those people is what you should do by living a healthy and good life contrary to what they want. Giving in to this, getting depressed is what they want you to feel.
Yeah, I hate the suggestion "If you're depressed, be happy", and "If you're weak, get strong" because I already know that the people asking for help don't know how to do that. Unfortunately, that's the answer, they just don't know the approach.

Better to go about this life with a broad head about things overall and the simplest fundamental truth is that if you can knock someone's block off, doesn't matter what position they hold, they are like putty in your hand even if they're still rude (you can gauge them better because their reactions come from inadequecy).
