I would upvote this, but the whole Ukraine issue is such a long ongoing clusterfuck of lies, embezzlement, and tragedy, it's above my pay grade.
Maybe there's a better place on .win to discuss the war stuff.
Biden right away said it's a not a missile from Russia. It was actually tracked by an AWACS all the way.
There were early rumors of 2 missiles but there was only 1.
Biden had to say it was not Russian because otherwise the doomsday clock would be at like 1 femtosecond from nuclear war.
Ukraine probably fucked up, but even if it was Russia we'd never know because all the world agencies would collude to make us believe it wasn't Russia.
Also the newest news is that Duda just announced there was no warhead explosion, only of "remnants of rocket fuel".
While Ukraine maintains they did hit a Russian missile fired from the Caspian Sea and there should be also debris of the Russian missile somewhere (initial reports were also of 2 missiles but only because of witnesses hearing 2 "loud whistles" and nothing material).
There are drones and a police helicopter searching the area.
And actually not even hushing up at all as they just announced these 2 are getting a state funeral (and yes, big compensation money). And so they're turning it into another of their parades. Also typical, but good for the families at least.
A payoff is not worth a son, mother, daughter, or father
It would to be something evidently deliberate, like the Russians killed almost 200 Dutch by accident in 2014 and there was no serious response because it was obviously not done on purpose.
Hell, even deliberate attacks like the chemical and radioactive assassination shenigans in London with widespread contaminations and random people getting poisoned didn't do anything but some sanctions.
Or like this EU or CoE or OSCEE (don't even rememeber) bureau being hit actually accurately in Kyiv a few weeks ago, just nothing in response.
For all the memes, the West is actually very reluctant to heat things up.
The gov in Poland is pretty much hushing it up, actually the oppo coalition leader Tusk is more vocal (and faulting Russia "100% no matter what really happened" which is a direct quote as I remembered him saying it morning today).
But the families of these 2 guys (Polish cirizen locals in their 60s, a tractor driver and a warehouse worker) being well compensated might be very public, the gov loves showing off all kinds of stuff even big military parades and huge propaganda posters on entire buildings.
Yeah, I don't know anything that would allow me to say whether this has a shred of legitimacy or otherwise.
If it's truly accurate information, it honestly points more accident/incompetence/a rogue element than something that came down from the Ukraine's top brass - surely Ukraine has some captured Russian rockets lying around somewhere, they could have used those.
If they were foolhardy enough to use their rockets identifiable as their own, then that would almost make me think Poland is itching to go to war with a weakened Russia and told Ukraine to perform a false flag attack against them.
Polish ambassador tweeted "thank you America" and a picture of the Nordstream bubbling in the sea, so yeah I don't know, Poland really do be retarded
Why wouldn't that be American sabotage?
It's really an Ukrainian (anti-missile) missile.
Everything will be said soon in an official statement (and I wouldn't be surprised if the 2 agro workers hit and killed by it were also from Ukraine, over 1/5 of all people in the Lubelszczyzna are now from Ukraine and the hit place was right at the border).
(Lubelszczyzna is a fun word for a foreigner, say it quickly 5 times. One of its towns is Szczebrzeszyn.)
Ukrainians captured a lot of Russian SAMs but no S-300s (and no S-400s too) for they're long range systems and so don't really show up on the frontlines. But Russian territory (Bolgorod region) was hit by a faulty Russia's own S-300s repeatedly and by an S-400 at least once (as it tried to intercept the American made HARM missiles that targeted the radars at Belgorod Air Base).
Szczebrzeszyn? Ja słyszałem że Szczebrzeszyn słynie na powodu Brzmiących Chrząszczy w trzcinie!
Yeah, it's a children's rhyme (z powodu).
One village in elsewhere is Wrzeszczewice.

Gonna reply to this again because I just saw this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNAaD_a0NJY
If you're short on time, skip to about 2:50, postulates that russian cruise missile overshot its target - a power pylon - by 7km.
It's really not a Russian missile, just early media reports assumed so. Like there were also reports of multiple missiles just because someone said of hearing two whistles. It fell right on this tractor and so the very first reports presumed a tractor exploded in a freak accident.
The closest Ukrainian city hit yesterday was a good 65 km from the Polish border but the S-300 has more than twice that range and it probably fell out of fuel.
There was actually a meme about it a while back which revolved around "Trump ties the left to ukraine, suggests embezzlement and corruption. Left denies all allegations. ???. Left then asks you donate money towards ukraine."
The image in OP is blatant plagiarism - the original post is here. They copy-paste it because Russian propagandists don't want the brainwashed Z-tards to start getting their info from sources like that, which are at least somewhat unbiased.
The OP posted a literal copy-paste (not even a retweet) tailored for people who hate seeing Ukrainian flags so they could soyjak about it as some sinister secret plot uncovered by people with no Ukrainian flag in their username.
"K13 News" copy-paster is literally fake news, as in a guy doesn't even pretend to be a real news outlet.

The original author is a weapons expert who brought the real news (which didn't involve neither "shelling" nor "village", pulled by u/Chukna from his ass), but oh no, the flag.
This Chukna is an interesting fellow. His second newest comment begins with "Russia has only been a good neighbour for Finland." which was enough for me to stop reading and know everything about him already.
I don't know what you're smoking but one thing is for sure, I am not going to respond to anyone with the word "Ukraine" in their comment.
It's also much more detailed with more pictures and info the followup posts.
Time for nato to go to war with Ukraine. That's how this works
Italy still has it coming for their Ramstein AB triple kamikaze attack that killed dozens of American servicemen and their family members.
The USAF took only a limited revenge 10 years later near Cavalese.
Yeah, it's a nice cover story in this secret air war that is still going in: https://www.ansa.it/english/news/general_news/2022/08/22/drunk-usaf-woman-arrested-for-killing-boy-15-on-cycle-path_b171cf7c-86e0-41f5-920a-6058e88f038c.html
I think that's the wrong argument to make, since the S-300 is a Soviet weapon system that could be in possession of either side. The S-300 uses radar-guided surface-to-air missiles - the kind of missile that you would fire to intercept a missile strike, not one that would be fired as part of that missile strike. Since it landed nowhere near Russia, during a Russian missile strike, the reasonable assumption would be that it was a defensively fired Ukrainian missile that crashed in Poland by accident.
It's an Ukrainian SAM, its entire flight was tracked by NATO from the air and by Polish radars from the ground too.
The Americans talked about it officially (Biden no less) and unoficially (media leaks) already, the official Polish statement will be in the morning (that is about now) and no doubt it will be the same version.
The General Command already made excuses why the missile couldn't be intercepted, which is because "no country has active air defense systems covering the entire territory" (and it was farmland countryside with no critical infrastructure). https://twitter.com/DGeneralneRSZ/status/1592769476801748992
Honestly they should rather point out that it fell right at the border and they would have to deliberately fire across the border (and they obviously don't have permission for that).
Just because a weapon platform is from a specific nation doesn't mean that the independently made variants are identical.
Hell even within a nation there are subtle differences between factories making the same weapon in some cases.
It was an indeed Ukrainian SAM launched to intercept a Russian rocket and it killed 2 at a wheat storage (they were loading a
trucktractor, no info were they Polish citizens). No "town" but outside a small village (and largely ethnic Ukrainian and now also full of Ukrainians from Ukraine) and no "shells" too.
Previously lost missiles and drones from both sides also fell in Moldova and Romania, and even in Croatia (https://www.aerotime.aero/articles/30463-mystery-as-military-drone-crashes-croatia).
Faulty Russian SAM missiles also repeatedly hit Russia (Belgorod region), falling down immediately or shortly after being launched. Elsewhere, one even turned back and hit the launcher: https://twitter.com/Militarylandnet/status/1540237527793242113
During WWII, people were wounded and killed in the "Battle of Los Angeles" when the American AAA mass fired at a literal UFO and probably at nothing at all. In the air, and on the ground. During the attack on Pearl Harbor, most (or even all) of the American civilians who died were apparently killed by the American anti-aircraft fire. Great numbers of people fell victim during this war to friendly AA fire in general, also in the air of course. It's even possible British AAA killed more people trying to shoot down the V rockets than were actually killed by the rockets.

Oh, and also an Ukrainian S-300 once shot down an airliner full of Jews back in 2000 or so. They fired it a training target but it hit a passenger.
(Then of course a panicked Iranian air defense shot down an Ukrainian passenger plane full of Iranians during the Trump crisis few years ago, responding to a non-existing American attack.)
And several years ago, a Syrian S-300 killed a planeload of Russian soldiers in a troop transport that they mistaken for an Israeli F-16.
Great work by the Polish photographer who got those images out almost immediately.
Literally prevented WWIII
An AWACS observed the entire flight in real time.
Everything was seen from the radars (the AWACS especially, there's always one in the air) as it was happening.
Call me skeptical - Ukraine probably has these missiles pre-programmed to launch at their most war-hawk neighbors.
Zelensky would be the next Churchill if WW3 occurs.
NOW we see Ukraine’s motivation to destroy the Russian pipeline.
War pays Zelensky his 10% kickbacks. Peace doesn’t.
The S-300s can be fired at ground targets (Russia does it routinely even as they're really poor in that role with very low accuracy) but it was a missile that missed.
21 years ago, an Ukrainian S-300 killed 78 Israelis and Russians by human error during joint Russian-Ukrainian military exercises.
And 5 years ago, a Syrian S-300 crew killed a bunch of allied Russians thinking they're Israelis.
And as for anything real about currency, Polish złoty was hit 6% against euro initially but went back after it was cleared it's not a Russian missile.
Lithuania, Moldova and Poland if they wanted WW3. The first two are itching for it, the last is relevant enough to make it possible.
Moldova wants only Transdnester back, extremely regionally. (Then they can finally rejoin Romania.)
Who do you go to war with? Women because women led BLM? Black people because he was black? Lesbians because the leader of BLM was a lesbian?
I think I made a good point.
You can't go to war with an ideology.
How close did we just come to war?
If Ukraine had launched this missile and the missile fragments had not been visible then our leftist media would have insisted we enter WW3.
There are NO other checks and balances as far as I can see.
$10 says Von Der Leyen was involved.
