Its probably only people going after that specific achievement who would swap, because after the joke of it wears off you'd swap back to your character rather than play for 2+ more hours. Its pretty uncommon to have achievements like that in general.
Also I play Body Type Bs and often find them better experiences. Mass Effect for example is far superior as one, because her VA is leagues better than the males. I honestly don't have issue with them existing if it isn't politicized or ugly.
