Please attempt to not be midwits. This is almost certainly a shitpost, she looks as she does because when she was teased many people were tricked into thinking there was going to be a Vergil crossover with Bayonetta for this entry. Her name is Viola for God sake, this almost definitely a within genre ribbing in a genre that does not take itself seriously. It's Vergil fedora tier on purpose I would say.
