I would actually move heaven and earth to have this guy back in office.
One would likely need to move heaven and earth to ever get him back in office.
The powers that be managed to rig it against him in every way possible when he was the damn incumbent.
They incited racial riots, utilized the pandemic they likely ordered China to create to force mail in voting everywhere to make it easier for ballot fraud, social media companies like Fuckbook censored any stories that could help Trump and they fabricated harmful smears using the mainstream media.
In my opinion, the only way for Trump to win against the powers that be might be to play kingmaker with DeSantis.
I have the feeling that the system will never let Trump win again.
Yep. They probably did all of that and more. And yet now most of the key swing states have strengthened their electoral laws and more Americans say they prefer Trump over Biden than vice versa.
I'm sick and tired of all of this black pill bullshit. Trump can win again in 2024, in spite of any establishment fuckery, but it's going to take people actually going out and voting for him, so stop trying to convince everyone not to.
For any hope at a potential Trump win in 2024:
Mandatory requirements:
We need election reform in at least three of the following states: AZ, WI, GA, PA, MI
Imo on governor race current odds:
Kari Lake looks like she will narrowly win the governor race against Katie Hobbs in AZ.
Tim Michels looks like he might narrowly win the governor race against Tony Evers in WI.
Doug Mastriano sadly looks like he still has a uphill battle to win the governor race against Doug Shapiro in PA.
Brian Kemp will easily win the governor race against Stacey Abrams in GA.
Tudor Dixon is facing an insanely tough governor race against Gretchen Whitmer since the Dems got to put an abortion referendum on the ballot. Dixon recently also said rape victims should not get abortion exemptions and that having the baby will help them heal from the rape.
I don't think we will be winning Michigan to be honest...
If we get actual election reform in at least three of these five states then we might have a chance.
Electoral reform has already happened in Arizona, as is evidenced by the fact that the establishment were unable to rob Lake of the nomination, despite their obvious efforts to cheat. Similar reforms are also happening in Virginia, New Hampshire and Nebraska. There have even been grassroots reforms in Georgia, in spite of Kemp twiddling his thumbs.
On top of that, the electoral mood is very different now, and will be even more anti-establishment in 24, as people's quality of life declines further.
Your doomer obsession appears to result from your overestimation of the globalist elite. Their position is deceptively fragile. Their hold on power depends on large numbers of dissidents doing exactly what you're doing right now and giving up on the one force which is best positioned to destabilize them. It's true that MAGA is bigger than Trump, but every action our enemies take against him only further proves just how afraid of him they are, and that's enough to make me keep supporting him.
How many rounds of "vote harder you guys!" will it take before you and people like you admit that democracy is the problem?
Democracy is the system in operation, so we don't have much choice. It's like playing a game. The rules might be stupid or unfair but if you want to win you learn those rules and figure out how to dominate. That's what pissed me off about the election fraud - not that I care about the "sanctity of democracy" - it's because we have an electoral college with democratic votes per state and that's what Team Trump strategized to win. They knew what plays to make within the system. Then the other team tosses mail-in ballots all over the field, breaks the rules in the last few seconds on the clock, and the referee says No Penalty. That's before even counting fake votes.
I would prefer we throw out this system entirely, but that's less likely to ever happen than trying to repair it, maybe get some new refs, and play again.
How many authoritarian societies have to collapse into mass poverty and mayhem before you give up on your fascist fantasies? Your one-balled god was a miserable failure, and you wouldn't do any better.
Aside from the pandemic, everything else was entirely predictable, too. Media bias has been a decades long issue among conservatives, and it was well established that this spilled into social media years earlier. BLM has also been notoriously active during election years. Even randos were noticing that.
I like Trump as a man. I went to plenty of his rallies during the '16 campaign cycle. I voted for him twice.
As a President his administration was marred by failures. The most glaring is that instead of turning the FBI against his political enemies, his political enemies turned it against him. When you realize that administratively the FBI AND the DoJ both fall under the control of the executive branch, the extent of the failure should be clear. It was massive. Do I even need to talk about "The Wall", one of his core campaign promises?
I'll vote for him again if he wins the nomination. Maybe he can do better next time.
