The hierarchy in the US is as follows:
In non-UK Europe, it's basically the same, except for Muslims outranking the lot of them.
I disagree. Whites are at the very bottom of the hierarchy no matter what. Asians alternate between sharing their slot or shifting to the one above them depending on the current phase of the moon.
Asians are a complicated one. They receive more protection from hate crimes (but only when whites can be blamed for them), but if you want to apply to a university, you would rather be white than Asian.
Based on that, I place them below whites, because the disadvantages seem to outweigh the benefits, but it's a judgment call.
Asians aren't scapegoated though. Whites are demonized as the cause of all minorities' ailments. I think the rabid anti-white rhetoric puts them squarely at the bottom. Plus, people are still looking to hire Asians for diversity quotas.

You forgot Muslims, who are probably tied for second with the trannies. No one stands up to Muslims, not even on behalf of the degenerates.

Muslim countries tend to be more accepting of trannies because they'd prefer that over homosexuality.

Actually, I would have put them at about on par with homosexuals or women. In Europe, they definitely lose out to Muslims, and it's not even close.
In the American context, Muslims are less of a factor. For all of Europe, I would have put Muslims at the very top, were it not for the fact that in the UK, their kids started getting groomed into transgenderism in schools, they protested - and they got the same crap over them that everyone else gets.
Ergo, insofar as the UK goes: Muslims < Trannies. For the rest of Europe, Muslims still outrank trannies.
Probably not when trying to get admitted to a university. But I'll concede that that one is the murkiest, because Asians also get some advantages whites do not get.

Difference is that gypsies are hated by literally everyone, left or right.
Just a few recent events off the top of my hat:
A modern art exhibition in Germany (Documenta) had no less than 3 antisemitism scandals this year (all caused by Muslims) which led to MUCH kvetching and canceling of those involved.
German state-run TV frequently has antisemitism scandals because they hire a lot of diversity Muslims. In the end they always get canceled.
When a Muslim threatens a synagogue they immediately get armed police guards and everybody yells "Terrorism!". When Muslims threaten a church they're just poor mentally ill refugees and it gets swept under the rug.
Generally the media and politicans try to suppress those cases of antisemetism but in the end they almost always get too much attention and Jewish outrage wins of muh-poor-Muslim-refugees.
The EU has been pushing a lot of the usual "muh hatespeech" and inventing new terms like antiziganism. And you're no longer allowed to call them gyppos. They're now "sinti and roma".
The left are jumping on that train because every -ism gets them hard. There was a really weird hype around that a couple of years ago.
It might play just a tiny bit differently in Germany of all places, but elsewhere, Jews get attacked on the regular and not one person in the political class cares. Hell, they're fleeing for their lives from Europe. Merkel may accomplish what Hitler hoped to.
